As our Growth Operations Manager you will be the operational backbone of the Growth team ensuring efficiency transparency and alignment across initiatives. You will establish and maintain processes documentation standards and team rhythms while driving OKR and crossdepartmental collaboration. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fastpaced crossfunctional environment and enjoys building structure that enables highperforming teams to scale effectively.
Your Tasks
- Process & Workflow Optimization: Design implement and refine crossfunctional workflows to ensure smooth collaboration between Growth Product Marketing Sales and Data teams.
- Documentation Culture & Structure: Establish and curate a documentation framework to standardize knowledge sharing ensuring transparency and accessibility.
- Team Rhythms & Engagement: Own the Growth departments operational cadence including meeting structures decisionmaking frameworks and rules of engagement.
- OKR Management & Alignment: Drive the Growth teams OKR processes ensuring alignment with companywide objectives and transparent tracking of progress.
- KPI Transparency & Reporting:Define establish and maintain clear visibility into the teams key performance indicators enabling datadriven decisionmaking.
- Strategic Growth Enablement: Implement scalable operational structures to support experimentation learning loops and crossfunctional collaboration.
- Tools Portfolio Management: Curate and manage the Growth teams tool stack ensuring efficiency integration and alignment with team needs and objectives.
- Tracking & Measurement Enablement: Drive the implementation and upkeep of tracking and measurement frameworks across tools such as Amplitude and Power BI. Project manage implementation initiatives ensure workbooks are up to date welldocumented and shared transparently across the team.
You Bring
- 3 years of experience in Growth Operations Business Operations Program Management or a similar role in a B2B SaaS or tech environment.
- Strong ability to structure and streamline complex processes to improve team efficiency.
- Experience with OKR planning and in highgrowth environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence without direct authority.
- Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g. PowerBi Amplitude Confluence or similar documentation platforms).
- A passion for driving operational excellence and fostering a transparent highperformance team culture.
