Job Description
Dr. Wendy Spektor at Spektor Dental a partner at Mosaic Dental Collective is seeking a talented and compassionate fulltime Dental Hygienist to join her team of oral healthcare professionals. As a Dental Hygienist you will play a vital role in promoting oral health and preventative care while delivering an exceptional patient experience.
$5k sign on bonus offered. Dr. Spektor offers competitive pay and benefits. The hourly wage range for this position is $65 $75/hr. dependent on experience.
Key responsibilities
- Perform thorough dental cleanings including scaling and root planning prophylaxis periodontal maintenance polish and debridement.
- Conduct comprehensive oral examinations and screenings.
- Take and record radiographic images.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and home care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records including treatment plans findings and progress.
- Partner with clinicians to ensure optimal patient care.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean and sterile environment.

- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent
- Degree from an accredited dental hygiene program.
- Valid and current certifications licenses and registrations as mandated by applicable state and federal law.
- Experience with dental software and electronic health records.
- Compassionate patient centric approach.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times.
