Job Description
Role: Tax Senior Accountant
Location: Westlake Ohio
Schedule: (Hybrid Work Environment)
Opportunity
We are currently seeking a Tax Senior Accountant to join our client. This role offers a flexible hybrid work environment allowing for a balance between office and remote work. The Tax Senior Accountant is a key member of a professional client service team participating in tax engagements and establishing close working relationships with client management. This position also provides an opportunity to develop supervisory skills and experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform fieldwork during tax engagements.
- Establish and maintain working relationships with client management.
- Develop supervisory knowledge and experience through handson project involvement.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in all taxrelated matters.
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
Requirements:
- Bachelors or advanced degree in Accounting.
- 36 years of public accounting experience.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel Word Outlook and PowerPoint).
- Basic knowledge of operating systems.
- Selfmotivated with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- CPA designation preferred but not required.
