Job Summary:
Responsible for Plant Quality metrics like Customer PPM Overall PPM External PPM Customer incidences & concerns. and NPS t S Cost. Analysis of Customer concerns affecting customer PPM concerns and incidences. Responsible for maintaining the NPS score as per the matrix and ensuring the close interaction with customer. Implementation of Kaizen events and improvement project like A3 related to QA metrics. Responsible to support Customer Process & system audit points related to manufacturing process.
Sufficient exposure to other areas of Quality like Incoming Inprocess & supplier Quality
Skills and Knowledge Required:
Strong knowledge of automotive field Engine testing diesel and gasoline engines.
Knowledge of turbocharger and general issues come across during he application.
Good Communication skill to handle interdepartmental teams and customer
Aware of IATF16949 Quality Management Systems
Knowledge and hands on experience in application of APQP PPAP MSA FMEA SPC
Experience in handling quality issues and resolution through systemic application of quality tools
Customer Management. Good Knowledge about GD& T QCI PI IDM & Process Knowledge.
Supplier Issues handling NCM CAR & 8D.
Experience and Education Required:
B.E./ DME Mechanical with 812 years experience in reputed automotive industry in area of process quality & customer Quality management.
