ASSISTANT SALES MANAGER / LISTER Residential Estate Agency
Location: Epsom / Ashtead KT18
Salary: OTE 50k
Position: Permanent Full Time
A wonderful opportunity for a skilled Estate Agent with experience of valuing and listing homes to elevate their career in a management role with an awardwinning independent local market leading Estate Agency in the Epsom/Ashtead area and to be part of a truly exceptional team of highly dynamic resourceful and motivated professionals.
To be considered for this role you must have previous estate agency experience a proven track record of achievement in a sales role and experience of valuations and listings. You will be highly selfmotivated wellpresented articulate and specifically be capable of winning instructions at the right price for the right fee and spotting valuable business opportunities. Previous experience as an Assistant Sales Manager / Lister is preferred but attitude is equally important.

The skills required for this Assistant Sales Manager / Lister (Estate Agent) role will include:
- Must have proven property sales experience
- Listing and instruction winning ability essential

- Able to work under pressure in a fastpaced environment
- Local knowledge of the Epsom / Ashtead areas helpful
- Driver with full a UK license
