Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely manner within budget
- Plan and designate project resources
- Prepare budgets
- Monitor progress
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders
- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
Key Requirements:
- National Diploma or BTech in Project Management
- Professional Registration with SACPCMP (Pr.CPM)
- Able to use Microsoft Office (Word Excel and PowerPoint)
- Provincial and District Government Building experience
- Project management and leadership skills
- Excellent Management skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Building projects
- Valid SA drivers license
