As our Technical Service Engineer you will be in contact with both end users and Axis partners to handle technical support cases for the Oceania region.
You will be required to provide support over the phone through a web portal system which supports tickets in writing and through online chat.
Besides having a technical foundation you need to be able to simply put take good care of our customers. We put a lot of weight on the customer care aspect of the job.
This position is based in Melbourne and may involve traveling occasionally to the SAP region and our global HQ in Sweden.
