Job Title: Commercial Property Solicitor
Location: Maidenhead
Salary: 4565k (based on experience)
Experience: 2 years PQE preferred

We are excited to announce an excellent opportunity for a talented Commercial Property Solicitor to join our clients Maidenheadoffice as theyexpand their commercial property offering across all their locations. This is a fantastic chance to become part of a reputable firm with a strong commitment to client service and professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage your own caseload of commercial property transactions including sales purchases leases and development matters
- Collaborate with colleagues on more complex transactions to gain valuable supervision and development experience
- Provide expert legal advice to clients on various commercial property issues
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships ensuring high levels of client satisfaction
- Participate in business development activities to help grow the commercial property practice
About You:
- Qualified Solicitor with 2 years PQE in commercial property law (preferred)
- Proven ability to run your own caseload and manage multiple transactions effectively
- Strong knowledge of property law and experience with commercial leases acquisitions and disposals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A team player who is keen to contribute to the growth and success of the commercial property team
- Ambitious with a desire for professional development and progression
