Job Description
Our client a prominent couple residing in Livingston NJ is looking to hire anexperiencedHouseman / Driver.
Job Responsibilities:
Must possess light knowledge in the repairs of plumbing electrical carpentry appliances HVAC/boilers etc.
Perform routine preventive maintenance associated with building grounds fixtures lighting etc.
Inspect grounds buildings and other common areas daily to minimize any major repair concerns.
Work with executive/family to incorporate outside vendors when necessary.
Work with existing/new vendors to ensure quality of service.
Provide light basic painting when needed.
Deweeding inbetween landscaper visits
Pick up bushes and trees onoccasion for the landscapers
Drive to various destinations upon request with knowledge of various cities (tristate area) and efficient routes.
Drive to airport for pick up and drop off (various hours) as needed.
Assured that the vehicle is maintained in excellent condition and is cleaned regularly.
Perform/schedule vehicle maintenance such as refueling oil changes etc.
Run miscellaneous errands as assigned.
Available to work overtime and on weekends if and when needed.
Take the family dog )German Sheppard) to vet appointments and doggy daycare.
Requirements:
Must have clean and valid drivers license and be able to pass a background check.
Must be willing to work extended hours when needed.
Must have verifiable references.
Work days / hours:
Monday Friday
10am 6pm
Compensation:
$75K $80K
