Hiring for Quality In charge of Aurangabad
Experience: 2 Years in LG Whirlpool HAIER Manufacturer or Handle/face customer audit of LG Whirlpool HAIER
Salary: up to 3.60 LPA
Skills / Responsibility
Knowledge of monitoring the Quality process
Knowledge of monitoring Line Quality
Attend Quality Problems During Production.
Having Knowledge of Root cause Analysis and Initiate CAPA.
Having knowledge of PFMEA Control Plan and Work instruction
Having knowledge of ISO 9001 ISO 14001 OHSAS 18001(Basic).
Attend Customer visit to understand Quality Issues
Achieve daily sample testing and feeding a report on them.
Taking a test as per standards and sending a report as per result
Doing FPA of new development part and report making.
Facing Internal and External Audits
Involvement in R&D testing and supporting new product development.
Involvement in BEE (Bureau of Energy Efficiency) testing.
Knowledge of rejection Handling.
