PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS ET RESPONSABILITS:
Effectuer des tches administratives gnrales comme le traitement du courrier la saisie lordinateur et la maintenance du systme de classement pour le programme.
Crer et tenir les dossiers des patients dans le systme de GRC en sassurant que les renseignements saisis sont exacts et mis jour rgulirement.
Excuter les tches administratives essentielles au cheminement des patients au sein du programme.
Agir dagent de liaison avec les autres membres de lquipe
Traiter les tlcopies (entrantes et sortantes) de la faon et au moment appropris.
tiqueter et saisir les documents dans le systme de GRC et les lecteurs des programmes
Revoir et analyser les documents pour reprer les vnements indsirables
Signaler les vnements indsirables
Tel que requis responsable du traitement des demandes de paiement de la quotepart pour les patients les pharmacies ou les mdecins pour les programmes qui offre une aide au paiement de la quotepart ou des paiements de conciergerie.
Vrifier et tenir jour diffrents rapports propres son lieu de travail en dcelant les erreurs les irrgularits ou les incohrences; faire les corrections requises et en aviser le personnel intress.
Participer divers projets prvus et imprvus en cours au sein du dpartement.
Participer aux sances de formation sur les produits ou les maladies linterne et destines aux patients.
Communiquer par tlphone avec les professionnels de la sant pour le renouvellement des ordonnances
Grer les appels entrants et sortants
Se conformer toutes les politiques procdures rgles de scurit et rglements appropris.
Excuter les tches connexes qui lui sont assignes.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performs general administrative tasks such as handling the mail typing and maintenance of filling systems for the program.
Create and maintain patient records in the CRM by ensuring information documented are accurate and updated regularly
Execute administrative tasks critical to the progression of patients through the Program
Act as a liaise between other members of the team
Handling faxes (incoming/outgoing) accordingly and timely
Labeling and attaching documents to the CRM and program drives
Review and analyze documents for Adverse Events
Report Adverse Events
As required responsible for processing copayment requests for patients pharmacies and/or physicians for programs offering copay assistance or concierge payments
Audits and maintains various reports specific to his/her business location by checking for errors inconsistencies or discrepancies; makes corrections and notifies appropriate personnel of any modifications.
Assists with a variety of scheduled and unscheduled projects occurring in the department at any given time.
Participate in product and disease training sessions internal as well as clientdriven;
Liaise with HCPs for prescription renewals via phone calls
Manage inbound and outbound calls
Complies with all appropriate policies procedures safety rules and regulations.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
EXPRIENCE ET NIVEAU DDUCATION REQUIS:
Diplme dtudes secondaires ou tudes postsecondaires de prfrence.
Formation professionnelle technique ou combinaison quivalente dexprience et dtudes
De 3 5ans dexprience dans un poste administratif similaire.
Une exprience de lutilisation du logiciel SalesForce (ou dun systme de GRC) est un atout.
COMPTENCES CONNAISSANCES ET APTITUDES REQUISES:
La capacit communiquer efficacement en anglais et en franais (oral et crit) est un atout
Une connaissance approfondie des applications de la suite Microsoft Office est essentielle
Volont manifeste de changer et dacqurir de nouvelles comptences
Capacit sadapter aux priorits changeantes
Excellentes aptitudes en relations interpersonnelles
Excellentes aptitudes de pense critique et danalyse

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma or Post Secondary schooling preferred
Technical vocational training or equivalent combination of experience and education
35 years experience in a similar administrative role
Experience with the SalesForce software (or experience with a CRM system) an asset
MINIMUM SKILLS KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to communicate effectively written and verbal in English and in French an asset
Indepth knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite of applications is essential
Demonstrate a willingness to change and to learn new skills
