We are seeking a motivated and driven Product Management Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship provides an exciting platform to gain handson experience in market research product planning and assisting in the of product strategies that align with customer needs and business objectives.

What Youll Do

• Collaborate and Innovate: Work closely with product managers and crossfunctional teams to develop and enhance innovative products that cater to the needs of the foodservice industry.

• Market Research: Support market research efforts to understand customer requirements identify trends and evaluate competitive offerings.

• Customer Insights: Assist in gathering and analyzing customer feedback and data to inform product development decisions.

• Product Roadmaps: Participate in the creation of product roadmaps feature prioritization and project timelines.

• Product Launches: Contribute to the planning and of product launches including marketing collateral training materials and gotomarket strategies.

• Project : Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure the successful development and delivery of products on time and within scope.

• Performance Tracking: Assist in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and make datadriven recommendations for improvements.

• Learning and Development: Learn and utilize product management tools and software to assist in project documentation communication and reporting.

Required Qualifications

• Enrollment in a Bachelors or Masters degree program in Business Marketing Engineering or a related field.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and synthesize information from various sources.

• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within crossfunctional teams.

• Interest in product management methodologies and a desire to learn about the product development lifecycle.

• Basic understanding of market research techniques and tools is a plus.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).

• Eagerness to contribute to the success of product initiatives and to work in a fastpaced environment.

• Previous coursework projects or internships related to product management or marketing is advantageous.

Duration

This internship position is a 10week program starting May 2025. The exact duration can be discussed during the interview process.

Target Compensation: $19 $22 per hour

Location

The internship will be based at our Carol Stream office.
