REGIONAL SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR:

WHAT YOULL DO:
In this role you will process warranty claims to recover all possible reimbursement for warranty repairs working directly with Kenworth PACCAR and other associated vendors. Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Warranty job prep & review
- Review SRTs & add additions on jobs
- Monitor Paccar Warranty Statements for chargebacks/denials
- Analyze chargebacks/denials/short pays.
- Process mid & end of month Warranty Reports
- Manage warranty core credits
- File Cummins claims
- Oversee Warranty Parts process
- Provide info/feedback to shop foreman technicians and service writers to improve/update warranty related processes
- Provide warranty related consulting mystery solving & second opinions
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Familiarity with Outlook Word Excel and the ability to learn new programs.
- Excellent customer relations and communication skills.
- Mechanical knowledge.
- Warranty experience
- Ability to perform at a high level in a fastpaced teamoriented environment and adapt to change.
- This is an inoffice position located in Coburg OR.
Compensation: $2535/hr (Depending on Experience)
