Job summary:
Manage housekeeping activities at the famous Qatar resorts. Promote a high level of hospitality service and customer satisfaction. Take care of the guest rooms corridors and other areas. Work together with front office and order takers for the due guests service. Manage housekeeping materials stock. Ensure the rooms to be duly supplied and due cleaning service organized.
Salary information:
Basic Net Salary:450 US$
Shared service charge and management discretionary bonus
Accomodation and transportation: 200 US$ (provided by employer)
Duty meals: 100 US$ (provided by employer)
Visa / Work Permit: provided by employer 65 US$
Air ticket: provided annually by employer
Vacation: 30 calendar days paid leave

The main goal is to create a clean and orderly environment for guests that will become a critical factor in maintaining and strengthening Customers reputation. Housekeepers are responsible for making sure all assigned areas of the placement are clean neat and tidy. This includes any indoor cleaning and organizing tasks assigned by the employer and may regularly include cleaning projects. Typical responsibilities include vacuuming dusting laundry mopping and waxing floors and changing and laundering linen.
Duties:
To inspect all occupied and nonoccupied guest rooms corridors and service areas for cleanliness and damage in his/her assigned work section
To keep records of status of rooms and housekeeping activities on a daily basis
To ensure to exercise proper discipline and courtesy in attending to the guest needs and requests
To send all lost and found items to the Housekeeping department immediately
To prepare damage reports
To be aware of the hotels fire and safety precautions and to be aware of hotel policy and emergency procedure in working area
To maintain a professional appearance by wearing a clean and pressed uniform and the nametag in designated location.
Skills and experience:
Female with minimum 2 years of relatedHousekeeping experience
Problem solving and decision making
Concern for quality initiativeeye for detail teamwork
Customer service orientation
Oral and listening skills basic writing skills
Ability to use housekeeping equipment and machines
Physical ability to walk around all day
