Our latest project Goldilocks Filipino Cuisine opened May 22 2020 is the first Goldilocks in an airport and newest member of the Goldilocks family of restaurants with almost 1000 stores worldwide. The format of this new store is quickservice Filipino food and we will also offer a variety of Goldilocks famous baked goods.
Overview
The Utility worker is responsible to maintain the cleanliness of the store. Their second priority is to be a team player. By helping team members they can provide the best customer service. Lastly they are to follow company policies and procedures and perform all other requests from their duty manager.
Responsibilities
- Wash pots pans and trays based on assigned procedures to ensure complete cleanliness and sanitation
- Maintain dishes pots pans trays utensils kitchen work areas and equipment in orderly and sanitary condition
- Stock supplies such as food and utensils in serving stations cupboards refrigerators and storage area
- Sweep mop and scrub floors
- Wash floor mats and garbage cans on a regular basis
- Sort and remove/throw trash in the designated area
- Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas manually using utility cart
- Assist coworkers in receiving deliveries and storing supplies in proper places
- Dump used oil properly following the standard procedure provided by the SFO Airport
Qualifications
- Willingness to comply with all food safety procedures
- Must be able to communicate verbally with customers and coworkers
- Ability to stand or walk for 8hour shifts and lift/move at least 50lbs
- Open availability including nights weekends and holidays
- Ability to speak read and comprehend instructions short correspondence and policy documents
- Must pass a 10year background check
