Ames National Laboratory is seeking applications for the position of Information Technology Support II or III. This position provides onsite desktop support for Ames National Laboratory that covers a wide variety of hardware and software. This position will act as a resource for desktop system configuration and software installation and will act as the first tier of support for the laboratory. If selected for the Information Technology Support III role the position will be recognized as senior level demanding advanced and specialized expertise and competencies. Furthermore this role may oversee projects of limited scope.
Required education and experience:
- ITS II: High school diploma or equivalent and 2 years of related experience
- ITS III: High school diploma or equivalent and 5 years of related experience
