Responsibilities:
- Coordinate vendors and contractors to procure materials and oversee phases of construction processes.
- Ensure adherence to company standards quality control and safety regulations.
- Manage construction schedules budgets and inventory homes.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management or related field preferred. High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 35 years of experience in residential construction management.
- Strong knowledge of construction procedures materials and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication leadership and time management skills.
- Florida Construction License preferred.
