What will you be doing
As a Client Insights Analyst in Circanas Dairy Vertical you will be working onsite at Bel Brands North America in Chicago IL 2 days a week and virtually the rest of the time. This is an exciting opportunity to work collaboratively as a trusted advisor with a global client to uncover meaningful insights to impact and improve their business. You will be working with big data particularly Point of Sale (POS) and Shopper and Consumer data to identify key insights and recommend action steps to directly impact the bottom line for our client.
In addition you will deliver on the following:
- Answer general questions regarding Circana data.
- Coordinate training support for the client.
- Execute analyze and present findings with actionable recommendations.
- Proactively provide our client with thought leadership to give our client the edge in an increasingly competitive business environment.
Job Responsibilities
Client Insights Analysts at IRI possess and execute upon four key skill sets:
- Analytic Capability: Use a systematic approach to solving problems that involve breaking it into smaller pieces tracking the implications of situations generating multiple alternatives and making comparisons of potential solutions before acting.
- Quality Control: Drive to achieve highquality results through effective data integrity.
- Planning and Organizing: Determine effort and resources required to meet objectives; able to plan coordinate and manage resources effectively to ensure task completion.
- Client Obsessed: Consistently act with Client satisfaction in mind and follow through on commitments to ensure the needs of the Client are met.
Requirements
3 years of experience with syndicated data analytics category management or related fields
Marketing and/or sales with a premier Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) company or other companies using syndicated or POS data. Familiarity with syndicated data platforms (Nielsen Circana Numerator etc. across POS and Shopper Panels highly desirable
Demonstrated expertise in translating data and analysis into relevant implications
Strong project management and process skills
Proficient technical skills; advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint including ability to use graphs lookups and pivot tables
Able to engage in consultative manner with clients when helping solve/manage content deliverables
Build strong working relationships with crossfunctional partners to understand trends and opportunities for improvement address customer needs & identify pain points.

This position can be located in the following area(s): Chicago IL
The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employees position within the salary range will be based on several factors including but not limited to relevant education qualifications certifications experience skills seniority geographic location performance shift travel requirements sales or revenuebased metrics any collective bargaining agreements and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is 60000to 80000.
