A Day in the Life of a Motorcycle Sales Associate at Harley Davidson!
As a Motorcycle Sales Associate here at Starved Rock HarleyDavidson we are looking for someone with excellent sales service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and go the extra mile to drive sales. In the car business you are selling something people need: transportation. At Harley Davidson you are selling what people want: passion adrenaline adventure and freedom.
Duties Include:
Having exceptional customer service from the time a customer walks in to when they leave
Create new and used sales quotas to exceed on a regular basis
Maintain profit margin objectives for all sales
Guide customers through the C.U.S.T.O.M sales process
Keeping the CRM System updated
Maintaining a clean appealing showroom floor
Sell and provide the fun and excitement of the Harley Davidson brand!
