This is a fantastic opportunity for a Software Delivery Director/Head of Delivery to lead the global delivery of cuttingedge FinTech solutions for the worlds leading investment management PaaS provider.
This Software Delivery Director role is based in JOHANNESBURG or CAPE TOWN.
The salary is R2.6 R3 million per annum.

This is the largest Investment Management Tech / WealthTech platform provider partnering with 650 financial institutions and 12000 wealth management firms managing $2 trillion in assets and serving 24M investors across 20 markets.
Their endtoend wealth management platform integrates technology infrastructure and investment operations enabling institutional clients to deliver hyperpersonalised financial solutions in a regulated environment.
THE ROLE
As Software Delivery Director you will lead global delivery of the companys solutions. Youll oversee endtoend delivery focusing on operational excellence and aligning client strategies to drive longterm revenue growth.
You will take ownership of critical client solution delivery overseeing project forecasts and overall performance. You will ensure the successful delivery of highquality solutions by driving accountability across teams monitoring performance against strategic objectives and ensuring adherence to the companys SDLC.
As a key member of the leadership team you will engage with Exco to provide strategic delivery insights manage risks and drive continuous improvement across the organisation.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Proven track record as a Head of Delivery/Director of Delivery.
Extensive experience in FinTech WealthTech or Investment Management Platforms.
Deep understanding of PaaS WealthTech and Investment Management solutions.
Deep understanding of SDLC Agile methodologies and best practices in software delivery.
Experience leading global delivery teams with a focus on delivery and revenue generation.
