Physical Therapist
Full Time IP Rehab
$20000 Sign on Bonus
$10000 for Student Loan Repayments
As a Physical Therapist at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center youll play a vital role in doing what you do best providing quality care to our patients. Our FT/PT Physical Therapist staff enjoy a robust benefits package including health insurance 401K flexible scheduling 100 licensure/certification reimbursement Tuition Reimbursement and up to 10K for student loan payments.
Requirements:
- Requires a bachelors degree. Masters degree preferred.
- Certified as a physical therapist in state of practice.
- Familiar with standard concepts practices and procedures within a particular field.
About the Job:
- Evaluating and assessing needs of patients and formulating treatment plans.
- Provides therapy services defined in treatment plans.
- Works cooperatively with physicians case managers and other healthcare staff.
- May supervise physical therapy assistants aides and athletic trainers.
- Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Performs a variety of tasks.
- A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
- Typically reports to a manager.
