PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Plan and manage all Mainline and Urban (M&U) Signaling Installation trackside and/or onboard in close cooperation with the PM the Installation Engineering and Design activities
Possess End to End accountability at Project level from a QCD (Quality Cost & Delivery) and Performance points of view for the scope
Ensure the application of EHS policies local regulations and professional standard.
In compliance to EHS (Zero Deviation) and Regulatory standards the Sig Project Installation Manager oversees operational coordination of all project activities related to Installation and Field Operations (FO) including:
Continuous improvement:
o Ensure continuous Installation performance improvement within the Project
o Contribute to best practices definition and REX within the Product Line
o Participate to Process / Metier improvement workgroup when requested propose update/improvement of the Installation and T&C way of working process tools and RefLib
Ensure compliance to EHS (Zero deviation) through site inspections people assessment etc
Performance measurements
Workpackage management QCDP (quality cost delivery and performance)
Savings through Risk mitigation and Opportunities management Cash by sales milestones achievement
Quality EHS RSA (Railway Safety Agencies): monitoring anticipation and reporting on progress and issues
Educational requirements
