Position Summary:
The Physical Therapist specializing in Rehab Post Acute is responsible for:
Providing evaluation program planning and treatment of patients referred to Physical Therapy.
Documenting evaluations treatments and patient progress.
Educating patients families hospital staff and students.
Participating in the enhancement of the profession the facility and personal development through quality care clinical research and education.
Ensuring all patients reach their maximum potential through quality care and collaboration in medical management.
Education:
Completion of a Bachelor of Science Masters Degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited academic program.
Required Licensure Certification Etc.:
Current State Licensure as a Physical Therapist.
AHA Healthcare Provider CPR certification.
Experience:
At least 1 year of Physical Therapist experience.
Experience in a Post Acute setting.
Successful completion of clinical internships as required by the academic program.
Salary Range: Minimum51.00per hour Maximum51.00per hour.Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
