As a Personal Care Worker youll be part of an experienced engaged and dedicated team helping to create a welcoming professional and supportive care experience for the residents of St Vincents Care Service Kew.

Things that work for us:

• Certificate III in Individual Support / Certificate III Aged Care or similar qualification is essential.

• Experience in an aged care environment.

• Morning afternoon and evening shifts available flexibility is essential

• Personal care provision that is consistent with the mission and philosophy of our organisation.

• Experience providing services and activities centred around client needs including grooming showering mobility meals toileting social activities.

• High level of customer service skills.

• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

• Ability to follow directives as per care plan.

• Understanding of Aged Care and resident rights and responsibilities.

• Vaccinated (and maintain uptodate vaccinations) against Influenza and Covid19.

• National Police Certificate.

• NDIS Worker Screening Check may be a requirement of this role.
