Job Description
Hire Resolves Client is urgently looking for an experienced Legal Advisor to join their head office in Gauteng!
Responsibilities:
- Provide general legal advise to the companys various departments
- Manage budgets and relationships with external lawyers timeously.
- To structure negotiate and draft or review commercial contracts
- To provide legal advice on how to structure commercial transactions
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Bachelor of Law (LLB)
- 5 years experience working as a Legal Advisor in a mining environment
- Code 8 Drivers License
