About the Role


As an HR Intern you will support our HR departments daily activities including recruitment employee relations and HR administration. This internship will provide you with handson experience and exposure to various HR functions.



Responsibility


  • Screen resumes and application forms

  • Assist in posting job vacancies and screening resumes.

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates.

  • Help organize employee engagement activities and events.

  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.

  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team.



Requirements



  • Current enrollment in a related bachelors or masters degree program or recent graduate.

  • Strong interest in Human Resources and a desire to learn and grow in the field.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Organizational and timemanagement abilities.

  • Attention to detail and a commitment to confidentiality.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)


Desirable

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Must have good communications skills.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and connect with people at all levels.

  • Strong problemsolving abilities and analytical thinking.

  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.


BackgroundBachelors/Masters Degree in Business Administration Human Resource or a related field.
