The Nursing Practice and Professional Development Specialist (Nurse Educator) for Critical Care is an RN who influences the professional role competence and professional growth of nurses in a variety of settings. The NPPDS is responsible for planning organizing implementing and evaluating educational programs and activities for nursing staff using nursing adult learning and other theories as appropriate. As an educational advisor and learning facilitator to other nursing professional practice program leaders and staff the NPPDS serves as a leader innovator and change agent in the pursuit of improved nursing practice and professional development.

Who Should Apply:
Salary Range: Minimum46.57per hour Maximum72.18per will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
