Key Responsibilities:
Set up and manage the Customer Service Call Centre in Lrrach initially working independently.
Handle customer inquiries returns and complaints efficiently ensuring a high standard of customer care.
Collaborate closely with Operations and IT teams to ensure seamless processes and resolve any systemrelated issues.
Respond to customer requests over the phone and via email with a problemsolving mindset.
Maintain records of customer interactions and actions taken using relevant software.
Profile:
Language skills: Fluent in French and Italian (written and spoken). Basic level in English (read and write).
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities with a customerfirst approach.
Ability to work independently and proactively in a dynamic environment.
Basic proficiency in computer tools and CRM software.
Solutionoriented with exceptional problemsolving skills.
