Urgent Care Medical Director (Veterinarian)
Ark Veterinary Hospital & Urgent Care is hiring a FullTime Medical Director Veterinarian to provide comprehensive medical surgical and dental care to a variety of animal patients including cats dogs and exotics. The Medical Director is expected to maintain a patient load as that will remain the primary focus of their daily activity. The time spent on leadership duties and clinical care responsibilities will vary depending on the immediate practice situation. On average MDs are expected to spend 1015 of their time on leadership duties with the rest of their time spent on the clinic floor.
What to Expect
Salary: The base salary for this position is between $145000 and $155000 annually depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to the base salary there is a prosal incentive of 22 (with no negative accrual). High performers have the opportunity to significantly exceed the base salary with earning potential that can surpass $190000 per year depending on productivity.
Sign on Bonus: $50000

Schedule: Our practice operates on an appointmentbased model. Clients must call in to secure an urgent care appointment and once we are fully booked for the day our doctors will not be required to stay after their scheduled shifts. This structure allows for better worklife balance and ensures that our team can plan their time effectively.
