What would be your key responsibilities
- Implementation and further development of the subject area in coordination with the Functional Leads
- Document creation and raw material creation under consideration of food law quality and safety related guidelines
- Maintenance and updating of product/raw material data in the central EDV system (SAP)
- Processing of projects with regard to the strategic goals of the Functional Leads and/or the department
- Implementing an efficient and targeted process within the Functional Leads subject areas.
- If relevant for the subject area: Association work and building up & using networks
- Prioritization daytoday business
- Overall goto person for the subject matter topic within the department
- Support in steering of the respective processes within the responsible subject area in coordination with the Functional Leads
What will make you successful
- Degree and/or professional experience in the food industry
- Regulatory affairs experience in the flavor color compound or related industry a plus
- Proven expertise in the relevant subject area
- Ideally experience in project work
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Very good handling of MSOffice and SAP
- Soft skills: strong communication skills very good teamwork skills solutionoriented confident and sovereign appearance high degree of initiative willingness to compromise
- Open for new challenges agile working and global thinking
