Hello!We are looking to add on to our staff by seeking to hire an energetic compassionate hardworking responsible and dependable individual for fulltime teaching employment at Valley Preschool a small handson learning community located in the heart of Stillwater MN.This position is perfect for individuals who enjoy working with others. The ideal candidate seeks to foster meaningful relationships with students; is creative; caring; pays close attention to details and seeks to inspire preschoolaged children 33 months5 yrs. through handson learning and play.Please read the following carefully. Valley Preschool holds high standards for those seeking employment. The candidate chosen for this position must meet the following criteria:DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Maintain a safe and loving classroom environment at all times no exceptionsInteract proactively and positively with children to develop bonds and create trust at all times no exceptionsBring a positive attitude each and every day to help create and maintain a loving and nurturing learning environment at all times no exceptionsMeet the daily physical and emotional needs of the children within the class at all times no exceptionsUsing school resources help to create fun and developmentallyappropriate lessons for each of the classesHelp to prepare for lessons in advance following the schools policiesBe ready prior to the start of the school day; each day no exceptionsFollow the schools guidelines and policies at all times no exceptionsMaintain open communication with staff at all times no exceptionsDisplay a positive attitude at all times no exceptionsWork well with and alongside a team of friendly and caring individuals at all times no exceptionsThe hired candidate will report directly to the to schools director.The list of Duties and Responsibilities is not intended to be and should not be construed as an allinclusive list of responsibilities associated with this position.
