Title: Payroll Analyst
Location: Warsaw Poland / Belgrade Serbia
Responsibilities:
Timely and accurate completions of payroll and administrative tasks as assigned
Effectively managing the resolution of assigned employee cases regarding payroll and administration issues
Completion of payroll reporting as assigned
Accurate and timely creation and posting of payroll ledger accounts as assigned
Yearend processes to support accurate and timely administration of payroll responsibilities with the region as assigned
Assist in keeping up with payroll compliance as assigned
Other duties that managers can request
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in HR/finance
2 years of experience in HR/finance
Strong English language skillsboth verbal and written
Strong Excel skills required with a working knowledge of other Microsoft Office Suite applications
Ability to maintain the privacy and confidentiality of the data and information
