Responsibilities Include:

• Oversee daytoday operations of the company managing a fleet of 3040 trucks.
• Lead coach and manage operational managers and supervisors who report directly to the COO.
• Develop and implement systems to streamline operations improve productivity and ensure smooth workflows across departments.
• Foster a collaborative culture working closely with senior leadership and department heads to ensure alignment with company goals.
• Analyze operational performance and implement improvements to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations safety standards and company policies.
• Drive key performance indicators (KPIs) and take proactive steps to achieve operational and business goals.
• Make timely decisions that positively impact company performance and employee satisfaction.

Ideal Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a COO Director of Operations or similar leadership role in managing largescale operations.
• Extensive experience in fleet management logistics or similar industries.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate manage and develop large teams.
• Exceptional communication and decisionmaking skills.
• Ability to implement and manage systems that streamline processes and improve efficiency.
