Job Description
Job Summary: Immediate opening for Accounts Payable Specialist in our Centralized Accounts Payable Office at Kelly Infiniti ofDanvers. Come join our team! The right candidate will have two plus years of Auto Dealership Accounts Payable experience. Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Post and account for vendor invoices
- Reconcile vendor statements
- Prepare check runs
- Balance statements and finalize data
- Research accounts andverify data in system
- Follow up on past due accounts and returned checks
- Other tasks and special projects as needed
Qualifications
- Experience using a dealership management system (DMS) CDK preferred
- Strong communication skills and eagerness to improve
- Selfstarter who can work both independently and with a team
- Accounting degree (preferred not required)
- Preferred AR/AP experience in automotive dealership
