ThePharmacyTechnicianis responsible for a variety of duties to assist in the preparation and packaging of medications distribution and delivery of medications supporting the maintenance of proper inventorylevels andkeeping appropriate records and documentation.

Requirements:
- Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Registeredin the State of Maryland as a Pharmacy Technician.
- Minimum of one year hospital or institutional Pharmacy Technician experience.
- Completion of pharmacy provided orientation and training and demonstrated competence in knowledge skills and abilities is required within sixty 60 days of hire date under minimal supervision.
- Must obtain a national certification from one of the following Maryland Board of Pharmacy approved programs within 90 days of hire.
- Exam for the Certification of Pharmacy Technicians (ExCPT)
- Institute for the Certification of Pharmacy Technicians (ICPT)
- National Health Career Association (NHA)
- Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB)

Salary Range: Minimum$24.34 per hour Maximum$28.12per will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
