Responsible for overseeing a team of respiratory therapists. This role involves providing guidance support and training to team members as well as ensuring that they are providing highquality respiratory care to patients.

Essential Functions
Hires trains and supervises respiratory therapists including setting performance standards providing feedback and conducting performance evaluations.
Ensures that respiratory therapists are providing appropriate care to patients and that care is consistent with established protocols and guidelines.
Monitors the quality of care provided by the team and takes steps to address any deficiencies or issues that arise.
Oversee the maintenance and repair of respiratory therapy equipment and ensure that equipment is functioning properly.
Manages the budget for respiratory therapy services and ensures that resources are allocated properly.
Maintains accurate records of patient care and other administrative tasks related to respiratory therapy services.
