PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Owns and independently manages multichannel project deliverables from concept to deployment providing direction and vision as needed
- Independently own a brand vertical and partner with other project management leads to ensure consistency and quality
- Speak to pertinent information for internal status meetings to provide updates or changes in project plans
- Ensures accuracy efficiency and timeliness of routing quality control project preparation and of deliverables
- Manage external resource partners as necessary
- Proactively escalate and suggest solutions to project related issues to management
- Partners with manager on scope of work (SOW) development
- Reviews financial output reports incoming briefs and timelines/estimates.
- Responsible for informing team members regarding the start of new projects upcoming deadlines quality control revisions next steps
- Collaborate with the Client Experience on budget shifts and resourcing implications
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED:
- Bachelors Degree
- 5 years within the Pharmaceutical Marketing & Advertising space
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Financial aptitude.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Excel Word Teams)
- Proficient with Adobe Acrobat
- Strong knowledge of project management tools (Microsoft Project Workfront or equivalent) required
- Multichannel production knowledge across print video & digital (Websites IVAs Emails social/digital marketing media etc.
