ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Demonstrated hospitality or restaurant management experience preferably within a gaming environment. Demonstrated experience dealing with employees in restaurant operations. Demonstrated experience in managing employees. Demonstrated experience performing within specific deadlines or under pressure. Demonstrated experience problem solving organizing and prioritizing work.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: Three 3 or more years of recent and related hospitality or restaurant experience including two 2 years of supervisory experience preferably within a gaming environment.
CERTIFICATES LICENSES REGISTRATIONS:. Successful completion of Bloodborne Pathogens and hazardous material training within 36 months. A Food Handlers certification is required.
OTHER SKILLS/ABILITIES: Demonstrated knowledge of various laws related to safety workers compensation employment and the Colorado Limited Gaming Act. Excellent customer service skills.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Essential duties involve performing physical exertion: frequent brisk walking climbing stairs bending stretching reaching pushing kneeling squatting crouching stooping and standing for an entire work shift with standard breaks. Essential duties may involve working in a small confined area with floors that may become slippery in the process of preparing food and drink. Essential duties require lifting trays plates pots pans and other cooking utensils containing food and lifting up to 30 pounds to stack store or move kitchen restaurant or general office supplies and equipment. Essential duties involve sitting while completing paperwork or using a computer and a flexible workweek with additional hours occasionally required.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
$20.00 per hour based on experience.
