Job Description
The Litchfield NH School District is seeking an exceptional instructional and educational leader for Campbell High School to start on July 1 2025. Campbell High School has grades 912 with an enrollment of 340 students. This successful candidate will have strong interpersonal and leadership skills a passion for helping students grow and learn and have the ability to form strong relationships with families staff and community members. The candidate must have the ability to promote a team environment implement differentiated instruction and be committed to meeting the needs of all students.
The Town of Litchfield is a rural/suburban community 7 miles long by 3 miles wide situated east of the Merrimack River between Nashua and Manchester. We enjoy strong support from our community which has high expectations for achievement in our 3 schools that serve over 1100 students: Griffin Memorial Litchfield MS and Campbell HS.
Minimum Qualifications
Masters Degree or above in Education and a minimum of three 3 years of administrative experience in the educational setting and be familiar with NEASC accreditation. The candidate should hold New Hampshire Department of Education certification or eligibility for certification as Principal. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to plan direct evaluate control and manage the activities of students teachers and other personnel assigned to the school.

Salary Range
$123000
