Your opportunity
- Design implement and manage competitive benefits programs in UK & EMEA that align with the companys strategic objectives and talent management goals
- Ensure all benefit programs comply with regulatory and legal requirements. Stay abreast of legislation changes that may affect benefits offerings.
- Manage the UK pension program being the subject matter expert to answer employee inquiries liaise with our pension advisory partner and out sourced pension provider
- Manage relationships with benefits vendors and consultants to ensure highquality services and costeffectiveness
- Develop communication strategies to ensure UK & EMEA employees understand and value their benefits packages. Address employee inquiries and issues regarding benefits
- Utilize data analytics to assess the effectiveness of current benefits programs and identify areas for improvement. Report on benefits utilization and trends
- Overarching responsibility for all global mobility efforts across the firm ensuring strategic alignment and effectiveness
- Lead benefits and global mobility efforts associated with M&A activity in UK & EMEA
- Develop and execute a wellbeing strategy for the UK & EMEA that is consistent with the rest of the organisation promoting employee health and wellbeing through targeting programs and initiatives
- Oversee the regional benefits budget ensuring programs are costeffective and resources are allocated efficiently
- Lead and develop the UK & EMEA benefits team fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance
- Carry out other duties as assigned

Must have skills
- Previous experience in a similar role within asset management or a comparable industry
- Good understanding of different types of benefits programs (health retirement wellness etc.
- Previous UK pension experience and exposure to other international pension programs
- Familiarity with the legal and regulatory landscape related to employee benefits
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex benefits information clearly
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
