Job Description
HigherStrats is currently sourcing for a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner for a fulltime/directhire role with a local practice in Saratoga
Join an outpatient psychiatric practice dedicated to providing compassionate innovative care for
children and adults. This position offers 40 hours of patient contact per week where
you will work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver integrative mental health services.
What We Provide:
Full administrative support including scheduling billing office space equipment
electronic records and secretarial services along with credentialing assistance.
Integrative health offerings with services for individual group and ancillary therapy as
well as psychiatric services incorporating holistic practices.
Access to Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) program fostering an environment
that values innovative and effective treatment options.
Position Highlights:
Supportive Collaborative Team: Work alongside LMHCs PAs NPPs Psychiatrists
and Social Workers committed to providing toptier care.
Flexible Work Environment: Monday through Friday with flexible hours between 7AM
7:00 PM supporting a healthy worklife balance.
Position Requirements:
Board certified or board eligible Nurse Practitioner in Psychiatry.
Minimum of 2 years experience preferred. More junior candidates will be considered.
Ability to manage medication conduct psychotherapy and education and participate in
clinical reviews and provider meetings.
Panel membership with insurance companies is a plus.
Participation in medical cannabis suboxone and telehealth programs optional.
Benefits and Compensation:
Optional medical benefits available for purchase
Salary: $150k$180K dependent on hours and experience. Additional compensation up to $50K annually as an incentive bonus
1 week sick time; 2 weeks vacation
4 401k after 3 months
$1500 annually towards Continuing Education
