Job Description
We are seeking a parttime Accounting Admin with prior bookkeeping experience to handle daily data entries for an ecommerce company in Montreal. This role requires approximately 15 hours per week with flexible hours. The pay rate is $30/hour based on your experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily data entries for accounts payable and receivable.
- Ensure accurate and uptodate financial records in the companys accounting system.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks and provide general administrative support to the accounting team.
- Ensure all financial entries adhere to company accounting standards.
Qualifications:
- Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
Salary: $30/hour
