Job Description
Abra Auto Body & Glass South is looking to fill a Body Shop Lot Porter/Detail position to join our winning team. This is a great entry level position to learn the industry. We offer the opportunity to earn while you learn. The right person will be extremely positive and want to succeed in the team environment.
Starting wage at $18.00 hourly
What We Are Looking For:
- Team player who helps drive the overall performance of the body shop.
- Focus on quality and customer service
- Possesses good decisionmaking ability and sound judgement
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Position Responsibilities:
- Transport vehicles throughout the day
- Transport customers to and from body shop as needed while vehicles are being repaired
- Assist in Pre and Post washing of vehicles
- Assist in the Pre and Post scanning process
- Assist with the cleanliness of the shop areas
- Other duties as assigned
Position Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
- Professional appearance and strong work ethic
- Must have valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Must be able to operate manual and automatic transmissions
