About Harbinger
Harbinger Motors Inc. is a Southern Californiabased electric vehicle manufacturer on a mission to transform the automotive and transportation industries bringing to market EVs developed from the ground up to address the needs of the Medium Duty vehicle industry. Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic creative and versatile Marketing Content Specialist to produce highquality multimedia content and compelling marketing collateral. In this role youll leverage your talents in video/photo production graphic design and persuasive writing to tell engaging stories about our groundbreaking electric vehicles and transformative technology. Ideal candidates will thrive in fastpaced collaborative environments and demonstrate exceptional skill in crafting visuals and narratives that drive brand awareness and sales.
What Youll Do:
Content Creation
- Perform competitive and market analysis to inform content strategy and improve marketing effectiveness for brand dealer and sales audiences.
- Produce engaging video and photo content that effectively highlights our vehicles features and unique brand identity utilizing a storytelling approach in both short and long formats.
- Write and edit clear persuasive product descriptions benefit statements marketing copy and sales collateral including brochures datasheets and presentations.
- Design impactful marketing materials and digital assets for sales initiatives promotional campaigns and events.
- Manage and optimize multimedia content for various platforms including web social media print and digital marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with marketing sales and engineering teams to align messaging and content strategy with company goals.
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to enhance content quality and broaden distribution.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices continuously evolving creative approaches to keep content fresh engaging and effective.
- Travel to capture content and manage the engineering and film production teams as needed.
Assist with planning and coordinating events
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (HR Engineering Supply Chain Legal etc. on campaign development messaging approvals and goals
- Develop eventspecific materials and branded giveaways to enhance our presence at trade shows and industry events.Coordinate with dealers and external partners on developing and distributing marketing materials and retail packaging
- Contribute creative input during brainstorming sessions and marketing strategy discussions
Qualifications & Skills:
- 35 years of proven experience in multimedia content creation digital marketing or related fields.
- A major in Marketing Digital Media Communications or Film.
- Strong proficiency in video editing photography and graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite Final Cut Pro and Canva.
- Excellent writing editing and storytelling abilities with a keen eye for crafting compelling product messaging.
- Demonstrated experience developing sales enablement materials including brochures datasheets presentations and event collateral.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace.
- Detailoriented with strong project management abilities.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise language suitable for our target audience.
- Ability to independently manage projects from concept through and collaborate effectively within a fastpaced deadlinedriven team environment.
- Exceptional design sense understanding of branding principles and visual aesthetics.
- Familiarity with the automotive or EV industry is a significant plus though not required.
