If youre passionate about making a difference and have hobbies or interests to share wed absolutely love to hear from you. Were looking for someone who can confidently support individuals with different needs and bring positivity and enthusiasm to every shift.
Your new role:
- Supporting adults with complex mental health and intellectual and physical disabilities in an independent living model.
- Following positive behaviour support and care support plans as directed by clinical teams and site managers.
- Encouraging capacity building to enhance clients current skills such as hygiene safe relationships domestic duties using public transport and accessing the community safely.
- Promoting choice and controland show willingness to participate in clients day to day routines goals and interests.
- Providing personal care with dignity and respect

Some of our requirements:
- P2 NSW Drivers Licence or higher and your own vehicle
- Working with Childrens check NDIS Workers check First Aid and CPR or willingness to obtain
- We require staff to work on a 24/7 rotating roster so applicants must have full working rights and be able to work minimum 4 shifts per week

Please note: successful applicants will be required to hold a NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance and a Working with Children Check. If you have lived or worked for a continuous period of 12 months or more in another country within the last 10 years a certified International Police Check from that country/countries will also be required.
