Job Description
Your role
Are you passionate about optimizing financial operations and ensuring seamless cash flow management As a GroupTreasury Manager you will play a pivotal role in maintaining strong relationships with banks Payment Service Providers (PSPs) and financial institutions while driving strategic initiatives that enhance payment efficiency reduce financial risks and support the companys growth.
- Act as the key point of contact for banks and financial institutions managing existing relationships and identifying new opportunities to maintain a holistic banking base for the Group
- Oversee daily cash flow management ensuring the efficient movement of funds to meet operational needs including legal and banking documentation requirements
- Manage debt servicing including financial covenant monitoring payment planning guarantee handling and interest risk hedging
- Prepare and maintain groupwide cash flow reporting and forecasting for both management and banking requirements ensuring compliance with financial regulations
- Establish and implement the Group Treasury Policy to create a standardized and effective cash management framework across the company
Your profile
- Degree in Accounting Banking or Finance ACA/ACCA or an equivalent professional accounting qualification is essential
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within treasury operations ideally managing a team
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to effectively engage with financial institutions and internal teams
- Excellent problemsolving numerical and analytical skills to drive financial efficiency
- A proactive and strategic mindset with the ability to influence decisionmaking in a fastpaced environment
