Job Description
A wellestablished law firm is seeking an attorney to join its Healthcare & LongTerm Care Litigation Practice in Sacramento CA.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have 17 years of experience representing healthcare providers in state and federal courts and administrative proceedings. Experience in medical malpractice defense is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all phases of litigation including discovery motion practice depositions and trial preparation.
- Represent a diverse range of healthcare providers including hospitals physicians nurses skilled nursing facilities and mental health facilities.
- Work on cases involving elder abuse litigation one of the fastestgrowing areas of healthcare law.
- Collaborate with a nationally recognized team specializing in complex healthcare litigation.
Qualifications:
- Active California Bar admission.
- Strong research writing and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fastpaced environment.
- Experience in healthcare law is a plus but candidates with strong litigation backgrounds will also be considered.
