Job Description

A wellestablished law firm is seeking an attorney to join its Healthcare & LongTerm Care Litigation Practice in Sacramento CA.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have 17 years of experience representing healthcare providers in state and federal courts and administrative proceedings. Experience in medical malpractice defense is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all phases of litigation including discovery motion practice depositions and trial preparation.
  • Represent a diverse range of healthcare providers including hospitals physicians nurses skilled nursing facilities and mental health facilities.
  • Work on cases involving elder abuse litigation one of the fastestgrowing areas of healthcare law.
  • Collaborate with a nationally recognized team specializing in complex healthcare litigation.

Qualifications:

  • Active California Bar admission.
  • Strong research writing and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fastpaced environment.
  • Experience in healthcare law is a plus but candidates with strong litigation backgrounds will also be considered.
