Millimans Milwaukeebased Property and Casualty practice is one of the leading experts in P&C insurance matters. We are leading experts in evaluating mortgage collateral for government agencies mortgage lenders insurers reinsurers and investors. Our consulting work is supported by a powerful toolkit of data analytics solutions informed by years of indepth work in the mortgage industry.
The Opportunity
Millimans mortgage group provides a softwareasaservice (SaaS) product to model mortgage performance and securitization structures. MPIRe is a cloudbased software that models risk data used by mortgage reinsurers. The Program Manager role is responsible for overseeing the development team aligning resources prioritizing platform development and implementing Agile methodologies to drive additional throughput and value for our clients. The Program Manager role may expand to cover additional software products developed by Milliman.
This role will be wellsuited to a big picture thinker who has demonstrated experience in program management and has a proven track record of guiding and coordinating crossfunctional teams. As a proxy between business leaders and the development team youll leverage your exceptional communication skills to discern what information is needed to enable decisionmaking decompose and prioritize tasks for every sprint ensure excellence in delivery and alignment with business objectives and client needs.

Compensation
The salary range for this role is $122000 $248000 depending on a combination of factors including but not limited to education relevant work experience qualifications skills certifications location etc.
