The IT Logistics Supply Chain Management team at the HUGO BOSS headquarters is responsible for IT solutions in the areas of foreign trade and transport management in logistics. As part of this team you will work with modern solutions and tools on both new implementations and the continuous optimization of processes. With international global responsibility for logistics you can expect an exciting field of activity with diverse design possibilities.

What you can expect:

• Strategic leadership and oversight of projects in the area of foreign trade and logistics with a particular focus on developing and implementing longterm solutions.
• Initiating and designing innovative concepts to optimize the HUGO BOSS supply chain as well as conducting indepth analyses to improve business processes in the areas of foreign trade and logistics.
• Responsibility for the implementation and advancement of IT solutions to support import export bonded warehouse and Intrastat reporting particularly in SAP R/3 SAP S/4 and other ERP systems as well as integrating external customs software.
• Proactive consulting and support for the specialist departments in adhering to international trade regulations.
• Engagement in collaboration with global internal and external partners and teams to ensure compliance with international trade regulations.
• Promotion and training of end users in the effective use of IT systems to ensure the smooth operation of global processes.

Your profile:

• Completed studies in computer science business informatics or a comparable qualification.
• Deep expertise in supply chain management foreign trade and logistics.
• Extensive experience in implementing and supporting IT systems ideally with SAP ERP and/or foreign trade solutions. Experience with the customs software AEB is an advantage.
• Outstanding analytical skills and a strong problemsolving capability.
• High level of selfresponsibility and the ability to act independently and proactively.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to effectively collaborate with global internal and external partners.
• Very good German and English skills both written and spoken; additional language skills are an advantage.
