Job Details
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Designs implements unit tests documents and deploys applications and APIs based on functional requirements
Designs and develops database applications using SQL Server Integration Services TSQL and Stored Procedures
Consults with the business to determine logical design for new business solutions according to existing data architecture
Performs code reviews analyze plans and refactor inefficient code
Provides technical support & guidance to Software Engineers I/II in development of desired software/applications
Follows data standards resolves data issues completes unit testing and completes system documentation for ETL processes
Assists Managers with project development including documentation of features recording of progress and creation of the testing plan
Collaborates with business analysts source system experts and other team members to determine data extraction and transformation requirements
Collaborates with IT operations and testing organizations to ensure timely releases of projects and database environments are sustainable
Supports IT staff and business users in the development usage and troubleshooting of databasedriven applications
Creates detailed designs performs analyses creates prototypes and documents completed design
Acts as a senior member of the team; represents the organization on project teams and may perform technical project leadership roles while fostering teamwork and collaboration within and across work groups
Intermediates knowledge on client requests features best practices project scopes and budgets
Contributes to the growth of the company by advancing personal skills working with the development team to improve the codebase and seeking opportunities to improve the companys tools and processes
Designs develops and automates scalable data engineering solutions by leveraging cloud infrastructure
Extends or migrate existing data pipelines to new cloud environment
Crafts data models of program processes and data entities and develops technical design & documentation of solutions
Participates in optimization of data asset performance
Transfers knowledge of data access/consumption mechanisms to business stakeholders data visualization specialists and/or data scientists
Develops solutions and recommendations for improving data integrity issues
Experience & Educational Requirements:
Requires training in fields such as information systems computer sciences or similar vocations obtained through completion of a fouryear bachelors degree program; normally requires Five 5 years directly related and progressively responsible experience designing building testing and deploying enterprise SAP solutions; three (e) years of SAP application development (certification preferred) with indepth experience in SAP FIORI.
Experience in SAP Fiori (onpremise and cloud) and web user interface technologies like SAPUI5 JavaScript and Web IDE
Experience with ABAP on HANA development
HANA Familiarity with the methods functions and capabilities of SAP HANA how solutions should be integrated and architected and additional supporting knowledge to develop and deploy SAP HANA in an enterprise SAP instance.
UI Build a strategic & scalable UI UX applications and framework to harness the digital core and helps build long term strategy on how apps be integrated and architected and additional supporting knowledge to develop and deploy UI applications in an enterprise SAP instance.
o Good knowledge of HTML5 CSS Java script
o Experience in drafting & driving UI UX strategy & design
o Portal Applications and Standards Content Management Systems AJAX JavaScript and XML technologies
o Experience with SAP Fiori Elements
o Proficient in ABAP/OO ABAP CDS Views Annotations OData
o SAP Fiori/ UI5 & Responsive Design Architecture.
o Should Know SAP Fiori UI5 JavaScript and should be able to build Fiori Apps based on UI5 and JavaScript.
o Should know Model View Controller (MVC) programming concept.
Experience & Educational Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Information Technology or any other related discipline or equivalent related experience. 3 plus years of directlyrelated or relevant experience preferably in software designing and development or systems architecture.
